When should I expect my magazines to arrive?

New subscriptions and/or renewals need to be in our circulation system before the 15th of each month.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.  Due to Covid-19 the USPS is experiencing delays in certain locations.

Mailing Dates:

Spring Edition – the last week of March, April, May, and mid-June

Summer Edition – the last week of June, July, August, and mid-September

Fall Edition – the last week of September, October, November, and mid-December

Winter Edition – the last week of December, January, February, and mid-March

Do you replace missing issues?

We will send a replacement issue if your address is correct in our system and your magazine did not arrive.

We ask that you file a complaint with your local post office regarding the missing delivery that was properly mailed.

If you move, Periodicals get forwarded for 60 days at no charge by the USPS.  After 60 days the publisher is notified of the new address and the mail piece is destroyed.  We cannot issue replacement copies if you did not make Periodical forwarding arrangements with your local post office and pay forwarding postage after the 60-day Free forwarding period.
