How do I update my address or my gift recipient's address?
The easiest and quickest way is to login to your account. At the top of each page of this website is a “CUSTOMER LOGIN” Blue Box/Button. Simply click on it to login to your personal account. All you need is your account number and zip/mailing code. Then you can access your address to make any changes as well as your gift list to also update their address.

How to access your digital issue(s) of Creation Illustrated

When should I expect my magazines to arrive?
New subscriptions and/or renewals need to be in our circulation system before the 15th of each month.
Please allow 3 to 6 weeks after your order for delivery. Due to Covid-19 the USPS is experiencing delays in certain locations.
Spring Edition – the last week of March, April, May, and mid-June
Summer Edition – the last week of June, July, August, and mid-September
Fall Edition – the last week of September, October, November, and mid-December
Winter Edition – the last week of December, January, February, and mid-March
Do you replace missing issues?
We will send a replacement issue if your address is correct in our system and your magazine did not arrive.
We ask that you file a complaint with your local post office regarding the missing delivery that was properly mailed.
If you move, Periodicals get forwarded for 60 days at no charge by the USPS. After 60 days the publisher is notified of the new address and the mail piece is destroyed. We cannot issue replacement copies if you did not make Periodical forwarding arrangements with your local post office and pay forwarding postage after the 60-day Free forwarding period.

Why do I have more than one Account?
When ordering subscription(s) or renewing subscription(s) you want it to be connected to your primary account number. If you make an order without logging in it will start a new account for you. This will happen also if you click on a promotional link for new subscribers. The system will not recognize that you are already a subscriber and will create a new subscription for you. We are happy to work with you to consolidate your accounts, so please call Customer Service at 800-360-2732.
How do I get a Promo Code for subscriptions?
We supply Promo Codes for holiday gift giving and throughout the year for other special occasions such at Mother’s day. If your email is in our system we send out these codes to your email. Other Promo Codes are shared with homeschool and other fundraising groups/organizations etc. If you have an organization that would like to use Creation Illustrated subscriptions to earn funds. How do I use Creation Illustrated subscriptions to raise funds for my organization?
Approximately 30% of the subscription cost can be earned with no materials to manage! A win-win! We set your organization up with its own Promo Code, and then all you do is share the Promo Code and link to our website subscription order page with your group and contacts.
